Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion closes your access to Phoenix for the period you choose, from six months up to permanent. During that time we will not accept your deposits and we will remove you from all marketing. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before it expires — that is the point of it. Request one at [email protected] or in account settings.

Protecting Minors

Phoenix is strictly 18+. We verify age at registration. If you share a device with someone under 18, consider parental control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio, and never save your login credentials in a shared browser. Any account found to belong to a minor is closed and the balance forfeited.
