Phoenix Betting Rules — Slots, RNG, RTP & Live Casino
These rules govern how bets are settled at Phoenix (phoenix-official.net). They apply to every game in the lobby. If a rule here conflicts with the specific rules of an individual game, the game's own rules take precedence.
General Rules
Slots, RNG & RTP
Every slot at Phoenix runs on a certified Random Number Generator. Each spin is independent — previous results have no influence on the next spin, and no pattern, system or staking strategy can change the underlying probabilities.
RTP (Return to Player) is a long-run theoretical average calculated over millions of spins. An RTP of 96.5% does not mean you get ₱96.50 back for every ₱100 staked in a session; short-run results vary widely. RTP for each title is published in that game's info panel.
| Game | Provider | RTP | Volatility |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fortune Tiger | PG Soft | 96.81% | Medium-high |
| Gates of Olympus | Pragmatic Play | 96.50% | High |
| Sweet Bonanza | Pragmatic Play | 96.48% | High |
| Aviator | Spribe | 97.00% | Variable |
Live Casino
Live dealer games are settled on the physical outcome shown in the stream. If a dealer error, equipment fault or stream failure occurs, the round is void and stakes are returned. Decisions of the studio's game controller are final. Chat abuse toward dealers results in removal from the table.
Crash Games
In crash titles such as Aviator, you must cash out before the multiplier crashes. If the round ends before you cash out, the stake is lost. Where a disconnection occurs, the auto-cashout setting you configured before the round applies. If no auto-cashout was set, the round settles at the crash point.
Bonus Wagering
Bets funded from a bonus balance count toward wagering according to the contribution table for that offer. Slots typically contribute 100%; live and table games contribute at a reduced rate. Maximum bet limits apply while wagering is in progress — exceeding them can void the bonus. See our bonus page.
